OncoSTATION Experimental Quality Management Solution

OncoSTATION is a solution developed for management of specialized analysts and the qualities of experimental and analytic data that are generally difficult to secure in hospitals.

OncoSTATION is the general term for the entirety of the user interface that automates the entire range of processes of ordering tests at hospital EMR, overall NGS experimentation, data analysis, and results interpretation, as well as associated subordinate software. It is capable of tracking the current status of interim experimental procedures and analysis from the time of specimen warehousing through a web-based user interface, and it is designed with a structure that enables clinical data and genome mutations to be managed and loaded into a built-in database format. User convenience has been enhanced through realization of detailed functionality by means of modularization in order to allow flexible linkage with each of the hospital systems. In addition, OncoSTATION can predict patient prognosis based on AI by executing genome analysis of new patients and applying the findings to the DB of existing patients.
