[April 17, 2025] CEO’s Research Published in Cell Reports Medicine

This project was collaboratively led by Chaim Prabhakar, Eunyeong Park, and Jay Shin to study immune diversity across Asian cohorts, including those from Japan, Singapore, and Korea. Recognizing the critical lack of datasets—one of the biggest challenges in Asian immunogenomics—they joined forces to address this issue. Their shared goal was to deepen the understanding of immune variation across Asia and to enhance diversity and representation in precision medicine research. The project is also supported by a research grant from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.

The data from AIDA (Asian Immune Diversity Atlas) serves as an essential reference for analyzing various pathological conditions across different regions of Asia, including Japan. Furthermore, our company is collecting single-cell and spatial omics data and integrating clinical annotations into this large-scale dataset, in order to propose optimal clinical solutions based on the insights obtained.
