A study led by Geninus CEO Dr. Woong-Yang Park has been published in Nature Communications, focusing on host immune response mechanisms against nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) pulmonary infections.Dr. Park served as the corresponding author. Study Overview
The study investigated the critical role of ATG7 in innate immune cells in defending against NTM infections, using spatial transcriptomics and in vivo/in vitro models. Key findings include:
